After the bunker was bombed by Baroness and Scar-Face, sinking it underwater (trapping Snake-Eyes, Kwinn, and Dr. Venom inside), Stalker, Breaker, and Gung-Ho call the Joes in for pickup from Rio Lindo as the country is under a hostile takeover, and they assume their teammate is dead.
