This anthology issue contains three romance stories. "I Deceived My Love" follows a woman who must confess to her husband Doug that she was responsible for an accident involving another woman, Evelyn, whom she had unconsciously wanted eliminated so she could have Doug to herself. "False Obsession" centers on a woman named Janet who becomes convinced that two men are planning to murder someone at a hotel on Wednesday, leading her to involve the police and attempt to prevent the crime. "Disobedient Heart" depicts a woman who, after waking from a hospital stay following an accident, decides to confess her role in events to find peace of mind, though she plans to keep her confession private to spare her mother worry.
