This issue contains three romantic stories: "Disillusiioned" follows a man who reunites with a former flame named Joan after years apart, only to discover that she has not changed and lacks the courage and faith he now values, leading him to say goodbye and move on; "I Wanted Sympathy" features Chapter IV of "The Happiness and Heartbreak of Vicki Carter," titled "The Searching Heart," in which Vicki struggles with her feelings for her employer's son Bob while his ex-girlfriend Pamela visits, causing Vicki emotional turmoil as she searches for Bob to confess her love; and "Too Flighty for Love" tells of a man named Tim who becomes frustrated with his neighbor Holly's careless, flirtatious behavior and decides to pursue a more stable relationship instead.
