June and Fred meet at a dance, but she’s already going steady with Bert. However, Bert and June soon break up, but June doesn’t know how to contact Fred. June’s best friend Alma says she’s going steady, and June thinks Fred is her new boyfriend. Everything is eventually sorted out: Alma is dating Bert, and Fred is just a friend. There is a double wedding: Alma-Bert and Fred-June.
