This is an anthology issue containing multiple stories for girls. "Gregory Peck" depicts young Gregory Peck's early theatrical career, including his scholarship to dramatic school and his breakthrough role in a summer stock production directed by Mr. McClintic, where he is cast as a lead in "Morning Star." Another story, identifiable from the cover as "Dirinda," involves a baby gone missing at a riverbank, with characters searching urgently and discovering the child at the bottom of the river. A third story, "The Phantom Postman," is also advertised on the cover. The issue also features "Sweet Sixteen of the Month," spotlighting actress Ann Francis.
