This anthology issue contains multiple stories. "Mr. Nobody" features a mysterious vigilante who confronts criminals at a warehouse. Another story follows Burt, a criminal experimenting with a method to change fingerprints, who involves his girlfriend Carole in his schemes until she abandons him after six months. A third story centers on a talking cat named Cleo and the chaos that ensues when its ventriloquist owner attempts to sell it to a movie studio. The final story depicts Blake Lawrence, a man driven mad by rain-sickness, who is revealed to have fabricated a disease cure story before being shot by his handler Clyde.
