Part two of "Dark Truth" arrives with a striking image that's equal parts unsettling and electric — a grinning Harley Quinn, clad in a Superman-emblazoned top, crouches triumphantly amid glowing lasso-like energy swirls while a bloodied, outstretched hand lies defeated at her feet. Doug Mahnke and Jaime Mendoza's cover work gives Harley a frenetic, almost supernatural menace, her wild red-and-black hair and wide painted smile perfectly capturing the chaos she represents.
