Brainiac comes to Earth and teams up with Lex Luthor. They try to use Periwinkle Kryptonite, which makes Superman romantic, but it wears off quickly. Superman's mom Lara tells Brainiac that he was created by Jor-El, then jealous Luthor shrinks Brainiac down so he can be arrested by policemen from Kandor.
