In prison, the Toyman builds toys that are sold to his gang on the outside to show them how to plan the perfect crime. After escaping prison, Toyman has a scheme to steal signatures from rich people to use to steal their wealth. When Lois discovers his plan, Toyman takes her prisoner, and Superman must rescue her from a trap of deadly toys.
