In "3-2-1 Action! Part 2 The Signal," chaos erupts when the lab monkey that helped create Kryptonite Man escapes and reunites with him, sparking a takeover of Rydertech's labs. As Jimmy Olsen, now the hero Mr. Action, races to stop the threat, he's quickly overpowered—just as Superman arrives and is subdued too. With Superman trapped and the city in danger, Jimmy, unaware of his ally’s presence, builds a new hypersonic signal device, hoping to summon help. The signal reaches Krypto, setting off a chain of events that could change everything.
