When a blast blocks the tracks, Krypto leaps the obstacle, and with Ed’s quick thinking, they manage to pull a derailed wagon back onto the rails—just as the mysterious Tramp Ollie Cribble appears on the scene. Written by Bob Toomey and illustrated by Juan Ortiz with inks by Ortiz and colors by Mario Sen, this 1978 adventure features a cover by Mike Grell.

Krypto und sein Freund Ed Lacy sind auf der Suche nach Ed's Neffen. Sie springen auf einen fahrenden Zug auf und begegnen dem Tramp Ollie Cribble. Als eine Sprengung die Gleise verschüttet, fliegt Krypto den Zug über das Hindernis. Ein Wagon entgleist und wird durch den Einfallsreichtum von Ed wieder zurück auf die Schienen gehoben.
