Part two of "In the Name of the Father" brings one of DC Rebirth's most charming team-ups to the fore, as Robin (Damian Wayne) and Superboy (Jonathan Kent) leap forward in full-action poses against a warm golden light — their fathers' towering silhouettes, unmistakably Batman and Superman, looming protectively behind them. The generational echo is beautifully composed by Patrick Gleason, whose cover captures both the energy of two kids finding their footing as heroes and the long shadows cast by the World's Finest legacy. If you're following the Kent family's Rebirth adventures, this January 2017 issue is exactly the kind of father-and-son story the title has been building toward.
