Superman #1
Superman soars front and center on this vibrant 2024 DC collection, arms outstretched against a blazing golden sky as a group of supporting characters — including what appear to be allies and civilians — look on from a rooftop below. Jamal Campbell's cover art radiates warmth and energy, capturing the Man of Steel in full confidence as the "SuperCorp" subtitle hints at corporate intrigue woven into the story. Writer Joshua Williamson and the multi-talented Campbell team up for what looks to be a fresh, sunlit chapter in Clark Kent's ongoing saga.

As Superman battles Livewire, he gets unwanted advice from Lex Luthor, who despite being in prison wants to help Superman stop threats to Metropolis. Superman meets Neo Kekoa, the new chief of the Metropolis SCU, and then returns to the Daily Planet as Clark, where Lois Lane chafes in her new role as the new editor-in-chief. Superman then investigates a disturbance at LexCorp, where Mercy Graves informs him that the company has been renamed SuperCorp, and Lex has dedicated its resources to serve Superman's needs, whether Superman wants the help or not.
