Superman #1/1979
In "Mord auf Rimbor," Ultraboy is framed for the murder of his former love, with all evidence pointing to him—his once-trusted allies now forced to pursue him. As Chamäleonboy, head of espionage, tracks him down, he uncovers a conspiracy involving a Wildfeuer-masked robot designed to ignite conflict. Written by Jim Starlin and Paul Levitz, with art by Starlin and inks by Joe Rubinstein, this 1978 issue features a cover by Mike Grell and Joe Rubinstein, and is a standout in the Superman series for its intricate plotting and early use of deception as a central theme.
