Hobgoblin goes to the Tinkerer for new weaponry after Spider-Man destroyed his old gear. Ty Stone is working for the Tinkerer now but he has revenge plans of his own. Otto discovers that the Hobgoblin survived the Shadowland event and figures out that he's Phil Urich, then reveals it to the whole Daily Bugle staff while Phil is standing among them.
