Supergirl takes center stage on Barry Kitson's dynamic cover, soaring fist-first toward the reader in her classic blue-and-red costume, golden hair streaming behind her — while a ring of Legion members' fists, each bearing a Legion flight ring, crowd the background in a show of collective force.
