Supergirl #35

Part of DC's 2019 "Year of the Villain: Doom Rising" event, this issue poses a chilling question right on its cover: "Supergirl… Recruited by Leviathan?!" The cover by Jesús Merino delivers that unease visually — a menacing, hooded figure in red and orange armor tears open what appears to be a scorched, battle-worn Super-symbol, glowing blue eyes burning beneath the mask. Marc Andreyko, Eduardo Pansica, Júlio Ferreira, and FCO Plascencia bring their A-game to "Missing Links," a story that clearly finds Kara caught in some very dangerous company.
