The cover by penciler Greg Luzniak and inker Karl Kesel hurls a fierce, leather-jacketed Superboy straight at the reader, fist forward and roaring with intensity, while a chaotic battlefield below swarms with armored figures, a green-costumed combatant, and additional Superman-family heroes engaging enemies amid rubble and ruined buildings.
