Superboy and the Ravers #4

The fourth issue of this 1996 DC team series throws Superboy and his Ravers crewmates headlong into creature chaos, as the cover — penciled by Paul Pelletier and inked by Dan Davis — packs in a wonderfully wild scene: Superboy in his leather-jacketed S-shield gear charges forward alongside a long-haired, purple-costumed teammate crackling with energy, a cybernetically equipped Raver scrambles behind them, and two massive, fang-filled reptilian monsters loom hungrily overhead. The tagline "Creature Dis-Comforts!" sets the tone perfectly, promising that "House Rules Part IV: Political Party" is anything but a quiet gathering.
