A wonderfully imaginative 1961 DC gem, this issue of Superboy features a cover by Curt Swan and Stan Kaye that presents a delightful prehistoric puzzle: a massive, horned dinosaur-like creature dominates the scene, its open jaws and enormous bulk making it genuinely imposing — yet visible within a thought-bubble emerging from its head is tiny Superbaby, carefree and seemingly unaware of any danger.
