As the Legion prepares to award a peace negotiator with the coveted Universal Trophy, Superboy, Mon-El, and Ultra Boy are attacked by their parents. Before the ceremony, Chameleon Chief booby traps the statue. Superboy, Mon-El, and Ultra Boy are released from their traps, but the rest of the Legion is already onto the Villains' plans and have surprised the LSV in their own lair.
