“Countdown to Chaos!”

In "Countdown to Chaos!", a shocking twist upends the Asgardian status quo: Thor and Loki have swapped bodies, leaving the real Thor trapped in Loki’s form. With Odin blind to the truth, the god of thunder is banished to Hades by his own father, accused of treachery—though he’s the only one who knows the real villain is still in his body. Written by Stan Lee and brought to life with dynamic art by Neal Adams and inks by Joe Sinnott, this 1976 Marvel UK classic sees the mightiest hero of Asgard fighting not just a cosmic threat, but a war of identity, all under a cover by Dave Hunt and Frank Giacoia.
