Super Comics #80
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeA cheerful January 1945 Dell anthology, Super Comics #80 packs in a roster of beloved newspaper strip characters — Dick Tracy, Smitty, Tiny Tim, Harold Teen, and Winnie Winkle — previewed in charming thumbnail panels across the top. Walter Berndt's cover art sets a playful tone with a mischievous blond boy caught mid-prank, drawing faces on a pair of round orange objects perched on a railing, while a rotund, well-dressed gentleman in a red top hat and plaid trousers reacts with wide-eyed surprise outside a door marked "Mr. Bailey, Pres." At ten cents, this January issue delivered a wholesome bundle of comic strip fun to ring in the new year.
