This anthology issue contains three main stories: "Moko the Mischievous Monk," a wordless comic strip showing a monkey creating chaos with a bottle of pop; "The Joker's Fun Page," which features humorous gag comics and a reader-submission joke contest offering prizes; and "Tommy's Magic Whistle," in which Tommy uses a magical whistle to summon a genie that causes havoc at St. Stephen's School, particularly during a tea party hosted by the Headmaster and the Duchess of Oldtowers. The issue also includes "My Pal," a story about a boy named Ned and his adventures with a friend named Wagger.
