In "Midnight in the Wax Museum," fugitive Pierre La Roc seeks refuge in a forgotten wax museum, only to find himself trapped among lifeless figures—until they stir to life under the cover of night. As the police search the building, he hides among the exhibits, but when the officers leave, the wax figures begin to move, chasing him into the streets where he ultimately surrenders. Later, a mysterious figure in a top hat reflects on the strange night, then settles back into his display, completing the museum’s eerie cycle.
