Peter aimerait toucher la récompense de 5000 $, alors Spidey entreprend de capturer le Comploteur. Il finit par le trouver dans sa voiture de luxe mais ne cesse de tomber. Le Comploteur arrive au manoir du Caïd et le confronte; Vanessa intervient. Spider-Man a suivi le Comploteur, fait irruption et a un bref échange avec le Caïd avant qu’ils ne se rendent compte que le Comploteur et Vanessa ont disparu.
