About this Collection
This volume collects the first story arc of the 2007 StormWatch: P.H.D. series, which follows a new incarnation of the team operating under the United Nations as a post-human disaster response unit. Written by Christos Gage, the book introduces a roster of both new and familiar characters dealing with the political and ethical complexities of superhuman intervention in a post-Civil War DC Universe.
