History

The eight-issue miniseries was announced in early 2024 as the first solo Marvel Comics series for Ahsoka Tano, fitting into a line of Disney+ live-action adaptations that Marvel had already begun with The Mandalorian and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Writer Rodney Barnes — an Eisner Award-nominated creator known for the graphic novel Killadelphia and his television producing work — was tapped to adapt each episode one-for-one, with Steven Cummings and Georges Jeanty alternating penciling duties across odd and even issues respectively.
