Written by Chris Sequeira and illustrated by Joe Eisma, with colors by Charlie Kirchoff and letters by Clayton Cowles, this 2023 IDW adventure features a striking cover by Francesco Francavilla.

Following a stressful mission and looking for a chance to help the crew relax, Counselor Troi proposes to Captain Picard to help the crew overcome their anxiety and fears be celebrating the ancient Earth custom of celebrating Halloween. As Data searches Starfleet records for data involving fear and horror, the Enterprise attracts the attention of Redjac, a manifestation of fear who takes over the holodeck and uses it to cause crew members to be overcome by their fears.
