Star Trek #37

Part three of "The Q Gambit" brings a striking collision of Star Trek universes to this 2014 IDW series, with a looming Q presiding over a scene that pulls together characters from across the franchise. Dominating the foreground is a fully armored Worf, bat'leth raised with unmistakable Klingon authority, while two Starfleet officers in classic blue and gold uniforms stand nearby alongside a dark-clad companion — all set against a turbulent golden sky with a Klingon Bird-of-Prey sweeping past. Tony Shasteen's cover work is confident and atmospheric, capturing the sense that Q has set an elaborate stage and these very different heroes have no choice but to play along.
