The Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy see three thugs skulking about the Graham Steel Works. Capturing one, they force him to tell who ordered them to commit sabotage. He takes them towards a sinister castle, but turns the car off the road and over a cliff. All escape death, and the Kid forces the scientist within the castle to tell who the big boss is. Later, they infiltrate a Nazi Bund meeting and apprehend Ferd Klaug, the real head of the saboteurs.
