Stålmannen #12/1966
When criminal Zak-Kul steals the miniature city of Kandor, Lois Lane unwittingly becomes part of a high-stakes chase that traps Stålmannen in a shrinking world. With the hero diminished and confined, Zak-Kul takes control—claiming Lois Lane as his bride and declaring himself ruler of order in her absence.
In a nostalgic journey across the globe, Stålmannen reflects on his early days as Stålpojken, recalling pivotal moments from his youth—stopping armored thieves, preventing an unjust execution, thwarting an assassination attempt on President Theodore Roosevelt, testing a parachute for national defense, and discovering an oil source beneath the earth. These formative adventures, glimpsed through flashbacks, reveal the origins of a hero still shaping his destiny.
In "Supermyrornas invasion," Stålmannen faces an unexpected threat when an alien species of giant myrfolket arrives on Earth, warning of a nuclear war that destroyed their home planet. To prevent a similar fate, he must brave a cloud of red kryptonite to communicate with them—testing his courage and resolve in a mission that could change humanity’s future.
