“So I See”

Pepito needs money right away for his mama's birthday present. He offers kids' haircuts at a bargain price. Pedro, the regular barber, starts a commotion which results in a brawl, and a lot of pottery being broken. Fortunately, a policeman saw how it started. He makes Pedro pay for the damages, and pay a fine to Pepito. Pepito then buys his mama a beautiful skirt. Since he feels partly responsible for Pedro's actions, he puts up signs on the road saying Pedro has the best haircuts.
