Spunky rolls into the dusty ghost town of Very Dry Gulch, where the spectral residents are stuck in a perpetual state of dust and disrepair. With a washing machine and a splash of humor, he helps clean up the town—until Billy, the Kiddo, shows up with a plan to take over. Spunky’s quick thinking and a generous helping of starch send the would-be villain packing. Grateful for the cleanup, the ghosts appoint Spunky their new sheriff.

Spunky takes on a new kind of job—haunting a house for fun—only to find his prank backfires when John’s wife accidentally vacuums him up during a cleaning spree. What starts as a spooky caper turns into a messy escape from the trash bin, all while the homeowners swear they just dreamed the whole thing.
