Spooky the Tuff Little Ghost is causing quite a stir at Mount Rushmore — the four stone presidents look absolutely terrified as the little hat-wearing specter swoops gleefully past their carved faces. This 1969 Harvey Giant-Size issue packs in plenty of friendly haunts, with the cover also previewing the likes of Casper, Wendy, Poil, and the Ghostly Trio in their own little TV-screen portraits along the side. At 25 cents, it's a charming snapshot of Harvey Comics' whole ghost-filled lineup doing what they do best — finding delightful mischief wherever they roam.
