Harvey's giant-sized ghost anthology gets a wonderfully chaotic cover for issue #23, with Spooky looking genuinely alarmed as a swarm of tiny versions of himself spirals through the air around him — a floating bowler hat adds to the delightful confusion. The left-side thumbnails tease the full roster of Harvey favorites on hand: Spooky, Poil, Casper, the Ghostly Trio, and Wendy the Good Little Witch, all set against a spooky haunted house backdrop. For a quarter in 1968, this oversized package of supernatural silliness was quite the deal.
