Harvey Comics' "tuff little ghost" is in fine form on this 1957 entry, with Spooky swooping down on a startled crook in a red coat and polka-dot cap who's tumbling backward, gun in hand, while scattered jewels and loot spill across the purple-drenched cover. It's a wonderfully energetic scene — the little ghost's derby hat hovering mid-air perfectly captures the chaotic charm that made this series such a delight for young readers.
