Harvey Comics' lovable little ghost gets into a sudsy predicament on this December 1964 cover, showing Spooky — dripping wet and wide-eyed — putting himself through an old-fashioned wringer washing machine, water cascading everywhere. It's the kind of cheerful, wholesome slapstick that made the "tuff little ghost" such an endearing fixture of Harvey's lineup, and the story title "Taking a Bath" says it all. A charming slice of mid-1960s all-ages fun at just 12 cents.
