Harvey Comics' "the tuff little ghost" is in fine form on this bright yellow cover, where Spooky comes zooming through the air with his derby hat flying off behind him — startled or delighted, it's hard to say which. Below him, a red rooster weathervane spins atop a rooftop, seemingly the source of all the commotion. For a dime in 1959, this cheerful little ten-center promises lighthearted ghostly fun with "The Plotter" inside.
