Spooky, Harvey Comics' self-proclaimed "World's Most Spook-Tacular Ghost," takes center stage on this charming 1979 cover, enthusiastically pounding the keys of a wide-eyed, thoroughly startled yellow piano — which is clearly not thrilled to have a ghost as its pianist. A top hat goes flying in the commotion, and the piano's alarmed exclamation of "A Ghost!" says it all, setting a perfectly playful tone for "The Ghost Guard" inside.
