There's a delightful role reversal at the heart of this 1976 Harvey Comics cover by Warren Kremer — Spooky the Tuff Little Ghost is holding a magic lamp, only to find himself on the receiving end of a very enthusiastic "BOO!" from the genie now bursting out of it, sending Spooky's little bowler hat flying in fright. Kremer's bright, energetic linework perfectly captures the comedy of a ghost who scares everyone else suddenly getting a taste of his own medicine, teasing the featured story "The Strange Servant Comes to Haunt Spooky!" At a quarter a copy, this is a cheerful slice of Harvey Comics humor that holds up wonderfully.
