“Behemoth”

In "Behemoth," the second issue of *Spitfire and the Troubleshooters* (1986), writer Gerry Conway and artist Herb Trimpe deliver a high-octane clash as Krotze unleashes the experimental Behemoth—a Department of Defense tank—on Jenny. With Eduardo captured after deploying his M.A.X.-based servo-motor "Strong-Arms" to investigate, Spitfire takes on the mechanical threat head-on, destroying the tank and rescuing her teammate. The confrontation pushes Jenny to finally decide she can no longer wait—she’s ready to face Krotze directly. Cover by Al Milgrom.
