Spine-Tingling Spider-Man #2

That cover by Juan Ferreyra is genuinely unsettling in the best way — Spider-Man's masked face is split down the middle, one half decaying into something monstrous with jagged teeth, the other half revealing a grimacing, scarred human face beneath, all framed by an encroaching web of darkness. It's a striking visual that perfectly captures the horror-tinged tone Saladin Ahmed and Ferreyra are bringing to this series. If you're looking for a Spider-Man story with some real dread baked into it, issue #2 makes a compelling case from its very first glance.
