The penultimate chapter of Marvel Knights' five-part miniseries arrives with a Tony Harris cover that layers two distinct Spider-Man figures — one swinging confidently on a webline above, one crouched and masked below — flanked by two young civilians, one of whom holds a glowing green vial or device. The composition has a warm, retro atmosphere that feels very much in keeping with Peter Parker's early years, capturing both the wonder and the weight suggested by that evocative title. David Lapham and Harris bring real craft to this 2008 series, and with just one issue left, the tension visible on every face here feels entirely earned.
