The concluding chapter of this 1997 limited series delivers a cover that crackles with dread — a tearful, wide-eyed woman screams in terror as a leering Hobgoblin, clad in his signature orange-and-yellow costume and riding his bat-glider, lunges forward while Spider-Man closes in from behind.
