The second chapter of Spider-Man / Doctor Octopus: Year One arrives with a cover by Kaare Andrews that's all simmering tension and mechanical menace — a figure in a lab coat is nearly engulfed by a blazing light source, his mechanical tentacles coiling and whipping outward in every direction with frightening power.
