After a free-for-all with the Goblin, where Spidey takes down his old foe again, things seem to settle down as the Parkers begin helping Aunt May move into a new apartment. Peter gets a call that his Uncle's gravestone has been broken up. At the cemetery, Peter receives an ominous phone call from a mysterious foe and by the time he races across town to make sure Aunt May is safe and sound, she is gone.
