Speedy Rabbit #14

Speedy Rabbit encounters a top-hatted con man who tricks him into quacking like a duck, leading to his arrest on various charges including disturbing the peace and interfering with freedom of speech. After escaping custody, Speedy is later found by Peter (a female rabbit character) who has been searching for him. In a separate story, Peter the Rabbit deals with Mr. Wolf, who grows vegetables in his garden; when a girl in a red hood walks through Peter's garden eating the vegetables, Peter must figure out how to stop her without angering Mr. Wolf.
