Spawn looms large and menacing against a blood-red night sky on Fede Mele's striking cover, his tattered crimson cape billowing wide as two armed, masked figures flank him in the shadowy foreground. The "Hell Hath Arisen" banner sets a suitably ominous tone for this second chapter of the arc, with the hellspawn's glowing eyes cutting through the darkness with unmistakable intensity.
