An anthology issue featuring multiple stories. "Broncho Bill" follows a cowboy and Captain Biggs whose leg is crushed in an accident; Bill and the captain discover a secret pass and lead Girl Rangers to safety while evading mountaineers. "The Spark Man" depicts a soldier awakening in a military camp after mysterious thought transmission, discovering a child with extraordinary mental powers that can transmit warnings to prevent danger. A third story involving a man in a yellow vest pursues a blonde woman associated with Fitzdiggle's Diction School, attempting various schemes to win her affection while she remains elusive and dismissive of his advances.
